If you ever find yourself in San Francisco, be sure to spend some time in one of my favorite areas of the city. The Ferry Building on the Embarcadero. Aside from the amazing views the Ferry Building affords it also is a grand marketplace that fosters to the local farmers and artisanal food community. My top stops while visiting are:
-Cowgirl Creamery: A full service European style cheese shop that carries it's own cheese along with cheeses from the US to Europe.
-Miette: "Miette" in French means "little crumb" and you will be eating every last one when you treat yourself to one (or two) of their French style pastries!
-Slanted Door: A modern Vietnamese restaurant with amazing food and an equally amazing view of the Bay Bridge to match.
-The Gardener: Owned by a former Landscape designer and avid gardner, you'll find everything from Japanese scissors to adorable terra cotta pots to place in your windowsill. I always find something I want to take home.

When showing her the blog Atlantic Pacific she exclaimed "She is so tall and blond and striking, great style and can wear anything!" Agreed.
