Happy Saint Patrick's Day or shall I say Happy Birthday Shaun! This weekend we celebrated my love's birthday day with thirty-five of our closest friends and family. I made a delicious Guinness Beef Stew, which you may want to make tonight and a couple of Shaun's favorites…chocolate cake and lemon bars. Today I am taking Shaun and Arthur out for lunch in Half Moon Bay then making his favorite dinner, which is not Irish, filet mignon and mushroom risotto with truffle oil and a nice bottle of red. I really hope Shaun loved his birthday weekend! May your home always be too small to hold all your friends.~ Irish Blessing
