Hello!! Here is my entry bathroom. I wallpapered this and finished it a bit ago but I am seriously behind in sharing my projects around the house! Hopefully, I will get better at being a bit more consistent in sharing around here! I do enjoy it so much.
I have always loved a little something special in an entry hall bathroom and what better way to do that than with wallpaper! I found this striking wallpaper on sale at Serena & Lily. This Bay Area based company offers the most beautiful and stylish wall covering.
As most of you know I adore blue and white but it can feel a bit cold so adding the warmth of wood and other natural elements can really warm up the space while pulling it together. I added this jute rug and the cabinet to do just that.
I searched and searched for a cabinet that was a natural material, brown, had concealed storage as well as space that could be styled and it had to be narrow to fit between the sink and toilet. I looked on multiple online stores, Facebook MarketPlace and I finally found the perfect piece on Nextdoor! It was only eighty five dollars and the kind women selling it delivered it and helped me move it in to place. I love it and so many have asked me where I got it. It was definitely worth the time I put in finding it.
The window treatment I made myself using this tutorial I found on Pinterest . I wanted something structured yet light and clean and this box pleat valance is exactly that. I then added trim, found on Etsy, which pulls it all together.
All and all I am very happy with how well the little bathroom turned out. One day I would love to change the tile both on the floor and shower but that will have to wait.
Wallpaper- the one I used is no longer available but this would give you the look and this one is gorgeous.
Faucet- We replaced the very "90's" brushed nickel with this beautiful one that mimics the bamboo wallpaper.
Soap dispenser- I love this one so much I also have it in my kitchen for both dish soap and hand. It is very inexpensive as well!
Canisters- I love the classic look of these.
Chandelier- This is the first item I changed in the space. It feels very coastal without bring obvious.
Area Rug- I love how textured this one is and at a very reasonable price.
I am pretty confident that the next share will be the girls' rooms. I will be sharing the rooms in two parts now that girls each have their very own room... a very needed yet bitter sweet change in our home.
